Food and Beverage Services |

With at least three weeks’ advance notice (as we require a deposit), we will be able to pre-stock your villa with the food and beverages of your choice just before you arrive. It is a highly recommended vacation service if you are traveling with small children, arriving late in the afternoon or on Sunday.
There are a few options available for this service.
- A grocery list can be provided outlining either all or a starter amount of groceries that you would like to have at the villa for your arrival. There will be a 15% service charge added to the cost of groceries. If you chose to only purchase a started amount of groceries and you wish to have a staff member purchase more groceries on your behalf during your stay, the 15% service charge still applies.
- An all inclusive meal plan can be organized at the approximate rate of 30 $ USD per adult per day and 15 $ USD per child (under 12) per day, plus applicable taxes and 15% service charge. If you would like this option, please let us know and we can supply you with sample menus to choose from. The cost includes all food, shopping, cooking and clean up.
- A chef, a helper and a waiter can be hired at the rate of 90 $ USD per day plus the cost of food and applicable taxes and 15% service charge. For this option, we would need to be supplied with menus for at least the first three days of your stay for all the members of your party. This cost includes all the cooking, shopping and clean up.

A. Laundry
The use of the laundry room for personal purposes is possible and will be carried out by our staff at the following rates:

B. Accidents
The client releases La Dolce Vita and its owner from any and all liability for injuries and damages suffered by the client, the occupants and any guest allowed to enter the villa, in or outside, during the rental period. The client agrees to hold the owner of La Dolce Vita harmless for any and all claims which might be made by the client and/or occupants and guests.
C. Enjoyment of Premises
The villa is located in a residential area. Therefore, we shall respect the peaceable enjoyment of the other residents. Music and noise will end at midnight. According to his judgment, the administrator may take action if the noise is disturbing other people. Within a 24 hour notice, an authorization may be given for a special event.
D. Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is opened from 10h00 until 22h00, and is then closed for maintenance purposes.
E. Pool Regulations
There is no diving board at the pool. It is strictly forbidden to use chairs or any other item as diving board. Failure to comply will automatically result in eviction from the villa. Glass retainers and bottles are strictly forbidden near the swimming pool. Only cans and plastic retainers will be allowed and provided. A fine of 500.00$ USD will be charged for any broken glass near the pool.
F. Inappropriate Behaviours
Shouting, yelling, screaming and/or fights are strictly forbidden on the premises. Failure to comply will automatically result in eviction from the villa, without refund.
G. Person in charge for the group
The administrator will interact with only one person, who will be responsible for the group.
