A rental contract is to be signed on arrival on site.

1. Rental Period
The client accepts to rent on a daily basis the premises known as "La Dolce Vita", located at Cerrada Cumbres 104, Acapulco, Guerrero, during the following dates:

La Dolce Vita requires a minimum 500.00 $ USD refundable security damage and excessive cleaning deposit which will normally be refunded within 14 days after check-out.

4. Damages to the Property or Its Content
The client agrees to be responsible for the care of La Dolce Vita furnished appliances, decoration, etc. In case of damages or loss caused by the client or any of his/her guests, the client will be responsible for reimbursement to La Dolce Vita.

5. Occupancy
The total number of persons to occupy the villa during the period of the rental agreement is to be _____ persons, including children. The client may have a few guests over to visit, which should not exceed more than half of the total persons occupying the villa, but the client may not invite groups of people to the villa for family reunions, meetings, weddings, etc. without prior written consent. It is strictly forbidden to grant access to La Dolce Vita to any person offering illicit activities or the use of illegal drugs or substances. Failure to comply will result in immediate eviction without refund.

The villa has been carefully prepared for you. Therefore, at the end of your stay, please leave the villa in the same condition as you found it. In case of loss or damage due to negligence, the client will be held responsible and the total cost of repairs will be deducted from the security deposit. Therefore, another deposit might be required.

6. Staff
Gratuities and/or tips for the service staff, food and beverages are not included in the rent. The gratuities and/or tips recommended are 15%. The administrators of La Dolce Vita will be present on the property during the complete rental period.

7. Cancellation

• No refund:  La Dolce Vita will honour your deposit for one year
• Sufficient notice of 70 days and more for full refund
• 45 to 70 days notice = 75% refund
• Less than 45 days notice = no refund
• Christmas and New Year = no refund
• New dates are subject to availability and prices may vary
• No refund will be made for late arrivals or early departure

8. Accidents
The client releases La Dolce Vita and its owner from any and all liability for injuries and damages suffered by the client, the occupants and any guest allowed to enter the villa, in or outside, during the rental period. The client agrees to hold the owner of La Dolce Vita harmless for any and all claims which might be made by the client and/or occupants and guests.

9. Acceptance
The client has read and agrees to this rental agreement and supersedes all prior communication, whether written or oral, stated or implied, and it must be executed by the person assuming financial and legal responsibility for the booking who is responsible for all other occupants and invited guests who will be using the villa, and all guests accept to respect all the regulations of the villa.
